The room was large and provided with roomy shower, free internet access, free WiFi with strong signal. Good service was provided here.
Can’t think of anything.

The location was ideal, close enough to Maia's main attractions, the Central areas and Maia's city centre, great value. Easily reached Tres Reis, located relatively near the hotel, had lunch/dinner there...

Value for money
The hotel has a feel of 70s, it is like going back in time, cheap yellow long table in the room, 20years old TV with a small screen, rough bed, although everything is in a good condition. Sadly, there was no cable for the internet in the reception, so I had to go down the public area, to use WI fi

Hotel used for stop over from porto airport and for spot of city sightseeing with port tasting thrown in. Hotel easy to find and great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Booked family room which consisted of 2 rooms 1 with large double and the other a pull out sofa ok for 2 children under 10 yrs and an ajoining large bathroom. Clean and tidy. Restaurant served good food. Would stay again.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the Theatre, Maia's main attractions and the Porto airport area. It also was in the center of Maia.

This hotel is a great choice for those wanting to stay close to the airport. Its location is very convenient, just a short ride away from the terminal. Another plus is the nearby park, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The rooms are comfortable, featuring large bathrooms and clean finishes. The breakfast is tasty with a variety of options, and the staff is helpful and friendly.
The leisure facilities could have been improved.

Situated very close to the main highway to Oporto and Airport connections. Has a metro stop 100 meters in front of the hotel, making day trips into Porto much easier.

The employees were fantastic, the room was nice and comfortable, the location is great. You can take the breakfast in your room, for a 2 euros tax supplement.
The bar, wasn,t so great, but was effective.

Location for easy and fast access to the Sá Carneiro Airport.
The way the recepcionists presented themselves... it seemed that it was "dress down day" when we arrived... it didn't look very professional.

The spacious room and bathroom. (Only issues we experienced was that the bath/shower door and shower head were not well thought out, difficult not to flood the whole bathroom and that the tv channels are mostly Portuguese) Tea and coffee facilities in the room, would be so nice, such a small facility that could be easily rectified without much cost. A huge plus is the closeness of the metro station, easy access to Porto central and the airport! Front desk and restaurant staff very friendly and accomodating! Will definitely use this hotel again!

This hotel is conveniently located in the center of Maia, making it easy to explore the city. It is just a short walk to the nearest metro station, allowing for easy access to the city center and other attractions. The rooms are spacious and the decor is pleasing, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff is helpful and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast offers a variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.
The wifi signal in the rooms is weak, causing inconvenience for those who need a reliable internet connection.

This is a modern hotel just a few kilometres from Oporto. Our room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. There was no noise (up on the 8th floor). The staff were friendly and competent. The hotel is easy to find if you map out your route from the airport in advance. Several respondents mention how easy it is get to and from Oporto on the metro. This is confusing. It is not the metro but trams that run to and from the city.
It was difficult to get back onto the motorway the following day; possibly due to my incompetence or bad signage.
